Delicious Shirataki Noodle Fettuccini – Shirataki Noodles

We are all looking for great Shirataki Noodle recipes if we have recently been introduced to these fantastic Miracle Noodles. I like to bring my readers as many new recipes to use with their shirataki noodles. Noodles and Pasta have been a long time favorite of all of ours dating way back when noodles were cooked up and all that they added in for a great dish was cream or butter and topped them with some authentic parmesan cheese. How easy is this noodle dish and very cheap too, but when they are made with shirataki noodles they are very healthy for you too. If you are not familiar with these noodles please follow one of the links at the top or bottom of this article for the full history, tips, recipes, and health benefits of these no calorie, gluten free and carbohydrate free noodles.

This delicious fettuccini recipe is similar to the old fashion alfredo recipes for fettuccini but the butter and cream is substituted for lower calorie, vegan style recipe. If you are not vegan then please feel free to add in any additional ingredients to make this your very own fettuccini creation and then please share it with us all. You may choose to add in your favorite meat like chicken or shrimp too. I like to have recipes here that we can all enjoy and create into our own. I look at food as an art than nourishes my body and each of our bodies need different ingredients to run at top performance this is why creating your own fettuccini with this recipe as your guideline is your greatest tool.

2 to 3 bags of Miracle Noodle (Angel Hair Pasta or Your Favorite Pasta)

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Large garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp agave nectar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
11/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
Parmesan cheese optional

In a bowl, you will whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, salt, agave nectar, mustard and oil. Next you will then empty the contents of the Shirataki Noodles into a colander, draining the water that the noodles are packed in. Now you will run plain cold water over the noodles for five to ten minutes or you can place the noodles in a bowl of cold water to soak rinse and repeat a couple of times. Now place the noodles in the pot where you will create your fettuccini dish. Finally add in your lemon dressing that you have already mixed up, the toasted nuts along with the parsley, season to your taste buds with extra virgin olive oil if desired and salt and pepper. I really enjoy freshly grated Parmesan Cheese on my noodles so I like to top my fettuccini off with it; however this is an optional idea.
